We take immense pride in being the pioneers of Cap Classique in the region, leading the way by introducing the first méthode champenoise to the Hemel-en-Aarde, and are now considered one of the leading Cap Classique producers in the country. In the last decade, we've solidified our identity as a boutique cellar, crafting limited quantities of premium, award-winning wines. Presently, our portfolio boasts 10 distinctive wines, with our Cap Classiques standing tall as flagships alongside our exceptional Josephine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. What began as a dream has truly materialised into a remarkable reality.
